Greetings & Salutations!

My name is Catie Henderson. I would like to personally welcome you to my site. The purpose for this site is to provide information that inspires, motivates, and creates hope; while providing a good laugh. I am here to share with you my personal experiences in the hopes that they have some impact on you. That impact could be anything from a giggle to an “Aha!” moment. My promise to you is authentic and creative content. I am a regular person trying to navigate the universe and am picking up a few memories, tips, and experiences along the way that I want to share. I define success based off the joy felt by my audience. I want us all to grow together - whether it is personally, professionally, or even emotionally.

Now a little bit about me. I am a 30 year old born, raised, and thriving Arizonian. I just married the love of my life on February 27th, 2020. We reside in a house we recently purchased and renovated with our 3 fur babies. We have Mishka, the pomeranian, Kiska, the husky, and Bailey, the calico. By day I work in Product in the healthcare industry - focused on fitness. I live and breathe product management. Agile is my foundation and clarity in the chaos. In my spare time I am usually doing Pilates or spin, or binge watching some crime documentary.

My friends would tell you I am quirky. I am loud, bubbly, and fun. I am a type A+ personality and if you follow astrology, I am very much a Scorpio. Interesting facts about me: I am a life long learner and have been known to make up my own homework and learning schedules. I have my bachelors in Animal Physiology and Behavior from ASU. Some people say their degree means nothing, but let me tell you, a walk in the zoo with me and you’re basically on a Blue Planet episode. I completed my MBA at WGU, taking a leap into competency based learning. I am just learning how to play video games, which is a whole new experience for myself. The last console I used was Super Nintendo - so baby steps in transitioning from side scrolling to navigating a new landscape with a joystick. Lastly, I love coaching people, sometimes even when they don’t even want it. I want to live in a world where people build each other up, so if that is the world I want, I need to do my part to create it.

I look forward to sharing my life with you.

Cheers,

Catie
